Title of our Film:
Here, We Move

Description of film:
Here, We Move explores movement as a form of resistance against the increasingly harsh conditions of urban survival under gentrification. With an original score infusing slide guitar and rubab, the project portrays themes of growth, re-embodiment, and solace in art, and questions how Indigenous, Black, brown, and immigrant communities forge a sense of belonging in Houston.
